Trout fish barbecue

Ingredients:

  • Trout — 0,2 kg
  • Lemon — 30 g
  • Spices for fish — 10 g
  • Salt — 20 g

Preparation process

Trout is pickled 1-3 hours, then put on skewer and baked in the tandoor on slow fire around 10-15 minutes. It is served hot (decorated with lemon and greens).
