Piquant pork in the tandoor
The traditional recipe of pork barbecue in the tandoor is simple in preparation and has a fine taste.
- 2 kg of pork (neck, ribs or fillet)
- 200 g of onions
- ½ teaspoons of chili powder
- ½ teaspoons of paprika
- lemon juice ¼
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Cut pork into approximately 3-centimeter pieces in width (in case of ribs, then separate one from another). Mix all other ingredients for marinade. Pickle from 2 to 6 hours. String it on skewers and bake in the tandoor till they get done(about 9-12 minutes).
Serve ready barbecue with vegetables and greens.
