Beef in red wine in the tandoor
Quickly, easy and very tasty!
- 2 kg of beef
- 5 onion heads
- 1 kg tomato
- ½ glasses of red dry wine
- 2 garlic gloves
- Ground black pepper, salt, greens – to taste
Wash beef steaks in a stream of cold water, cut into big pieces and keep 3-5 hours in ware, having added salt, chili powder, onion rings, crushed garlic and red dry wine.
Get the prepared meat on skewer along the longest party of piece and bake in the tandoor till it is ready – 20-30 minutes, depending on thickness of meat and desirable extent of pro-frying.
Serve prepared meat to table with tomatoes and fresh greens. It is possible eating them as large pieces, like shish kebab, or thinly sliced as roast beef.
